Spicy Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup cooked chicken, diced
1 cup mixed veggies (corn, peas, carrots, green beans)
2 eggs, scrambled
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp chili sauce or powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large pan, stir-fry chicken and veggies.
2. Add rice, soy sauce, chili sauce, and mix well.
3. Stir in scrambled eggs, season, and serve hot.
