🛒 Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips 🍗
1 red bell pepper, sliced 🌶️
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red onion, sliced 🧅
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
Juice of 1 lime (optional) 🍋

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken and season with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is golden and cooked through. Push chicken to the side and add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Sauté everything together for another 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice if desired and serve hot with tortillas, rice, or salad!
