Peanut Butter Cup Dump Cake π«π₯
Ingredients:
1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix π
1 cup milk π₯
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted π§
1 teaspoon vanilla extract πΏ
1 cup creamy peanut butter π₯
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk π₯«
1 1/2 cups mini peanut butter cups, chopped π¬
1 cup chocolate chips π«
1/2 cup crushed peanuts (optional, for crunch) π₯
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. Spread half of the chopped peanut butter cups evenly in the bottom of the dish.
3. In a bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combinedβdon't worry if it's thick!
4. Carefully spread the cake batter over the peanut butter cups in an even layer.
5. Warm the peanut butter slightly in the microwave for about 20 seconds and drizzle it over the batter.
6. Pour that sweetened condensed milk evenly over the topβyum!
7. Sprinkle the remaining peanut butter cups, chocolate chips, and crushed peanuts over the cake to add some extra crunch.
8. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is set and slightly crispβit's going to smell amazing!
9. Let the cake cool for at least 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
