2 salmon fillets 🐟
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce 🥢
1 tbsp honey 🍯
1 tsp soy sauce 🥢
1 tsp garlic, minced 🧄
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional) 🌶️
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
Salt & black pepper to taste 🧂

For the Bowl:

1 cup cooked jasmine rice 🍚
1/2 avocado, sliced 🥑
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
1/2 cup cucumber, sliced 🥒
1/4 cup corn kernels 🌽
1 tsp sesame seeds ⚪⚫

👨‍🍳 Directions:

1️⃣ Marinate the Salmon: Mix teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, chili flakes, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Coat salmon and let marinate for 10 minutes.
2️⃣ Cook the Salmon: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook salmon for 3-4 minutes per side, then drizzle with remaining marinade and let it caramelize.
