Mutton Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
500g Heritage Nonveg mutton (premium quality for tender results)
2 large onions, finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes, pureed
3 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup yogurt (smooth and fresh)
3 tbsp Emami Healthy & Tasty Refined Soyabean Oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Whole spices: 1 cinnamon stick, 3 cardamoms, 4 cloves
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat refined soybean oil in a pressure cooker. Add whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves) and sauté for 30 seconds.
2. Add onions and cook until golden brown.
3. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook until aromatic.
4. Add mutton and sauté on medium heat for 7-8 minutes.
5. Add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
6. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
7. Reduce heat, add yogurt, and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes.
8. Pour 2 cups of water, close the lid, and pressure cook for 5-6 whistles or until the mutton is tender.
9. Sprinkle garam masala powder, simmer for 5 minutes, and garnish with coriander leaves.
