Sweet & Spicy Korean Chicken Bites
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken breast (cubed), cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic, gochujang (Korean chili paste), honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, green onions.
Instructions:
Coat chicken in cornstarch and pan-fry until crispy. In a saucepan, mix soy sauce, gochujang, honey, garlic, sesame oil, and vinegar. Toss chicken in the sauce until glazed. Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
Tip: Serve with steamed rice or lettuce wraps!
