1. Prepare the Garlic Rice
• Heat butter and oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
• Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (1–2 minutes).
• Add rice, stir to coat in the garlicky butter.
• Pour in broth, season with salt & pepper, bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat.
• Simmer for 15 minutes, remove from heat, and let sit covered for 5 minutes before fluffing.
