📝 What You’ll Need :
For the Chicken:
1 chicken breast, boneless & skinless
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Squeeze of lemon juice (optional)
For the Rice:
1 cup cooked white rice
1/4 cup shredded lettuce or chopped herbs (parsley, cilantro)
1 tsp olive oil or butter
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
For the Salad:
1/2 cup chopped lettuce
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
Optional: shredded cabbage, red onion, cucumber
Drizzle of olive oil or lemon juice
🍽️ How to Make It:
1️⃣ Marinate & Grill Chicken:
Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-fry over medium for 5–7 minutes per side, until golden and juicy. Slice once rested.
2️⃣ Toss the Rice:
Mix cooked rice with olive oil or butter, shredded lettuce or herbs, and season to taste. Warm in a pan if desired.
3️⃣ Make the Salad:
Toss lettuce, tomatoes, and other veggies. Drizzle with olive oil or lemon juice for a light dressing.
4️⃣ Plate It Up:
Add a scoop of rice, fresh salad, and sliced grilled chicken to your plate. Serve it up hot and fresh!
