Teriyaki Surf and Turf Stir-Fry 🥢
Juicy beef, succulent shrimp, and vibrant veggies tossed in a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce—an easy, flavor-packed meal!
Ingredients:
8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooked rice, for serving
Directions:
1️⃣ Marinate the Beef and Shrimp:
In a bowl, combine the beef, shrimp, and teriyaki sauce. Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes.
2️⃣ Heat Oil in a Wok:
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
3️⃣ Stir-Fry the Beef and Shrimp:
Add the marinated beef and shrimp to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the beef is browned and the shrimp is pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
4️⃣ Add Vegetables:
In the same wok, add the red and yellow bell peppers and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
5️⃣ Combine and Season:
Return the beef and shrimp to the wok. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.
6️⃣ Serve:
