Homemade Asian Style- Cold Noodles Salad with Sesame Ginger Dressing
Sweet and spicy noodles for you to try with ginger and sesame oil.
Prepare vegetables and noodles accordingly. Arrange in a large bowl.
8 ounces noodles cooked or ramen noodles
1 cup thinly sliced bell pepper
1/4 cup thinly sliced carrots
1/2 cup green onion sliced
Fresh cilantro
Ginger DRESSING:
4 tbsps soy sauce
2 tbsps honey
1 tosp sesame oil and seeds
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tsp grated ginger root
Dash of pepper flakes
Mix the salad dressing in a small bowl. Then pour the dressing into the bowl of noodles, bell pepper, carrots and green chili. Mix well and ready to serve. Enjoy!
