Cabbage Roll Soup 🥬🍅🥣
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion (chopped)
3 cups chopped cabbage
1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
1/2 cup uncooked rice
4 cups beef or chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a large pot, brown ground beef with onions. Drain excess fat.
2. Add cabbage, tomatoes, broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Bring to a boil, then stir in rice.
4. Reduce heat and simmer 25–30 minutes until rice and cabbage are tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
