Beef & Rice Burrito 🌯
Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade mix: chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper)
1 cup cooked white rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for grilling)
Optional sides: salsa, sour cream, guacamole
Instructions:
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Stir and cook until well coated.
Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
On each tortilla, layer rice, seasoned beef, and shredded cheese.
Roll up burrito-style (fold sides, then roll tightly).
Heat a skillet with a little oil or butter and grill burritos until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
