Bang Bang Salmon
Ingredients:
2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Lime wedges (for serving)

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
4. Spread the sauce mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with lime wedges on the side.
