🥒 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers (optional for freshness)
🌿 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Optional Garnishes:

🌿 Chopped green onions
🌶️ Red chili flakes

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Meatballs:

In a bowl, mix ground chicken, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs. Combine until just mixed, then roll into 1-inch meatballs.
2️⃣ Cook the Meatballs:

Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and fully cooked (internal temp of 165°F/74°C). Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Spicy Teriyaki Glaze:
