🛒 Ingredients
For the Shrimp:
500g large shrimp 🍤, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp butter 🧈
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
4 garlic cloves 🧄, minced
100ml white wine (optional, can replace with broth) 🍷
200ml heavy cream 🥛
50g Parmesan cheese 🧀, grated
2 tbsp fresh parsley 🌿, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
For Serving:
2 cups cooked white rice 🍚

Season shrimp lightly with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter, then sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink, then remove. Deglaze the pan with white wine (or broth), simmer for 1–2 minutes, then add cream and Parmesan. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened. Return shrimp to the sauce and coat well. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot with fluffy rice on the side.
