This Beef Stir Fry is ready in just 25 minutes – full of flavor and so easy! 🥩🥦🍚

Ingredients:

- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 small broccoli crown, cut into florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, combine the sliced beef with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sear the beef for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, heat the remaining vegetable oil. Add the garlic, ginger, bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
4. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the vegetables and bring to a simmer.
5. Return the cooked beef to the skillet and toss to coat everything in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with steamed rice.
