500g chicken breast 🍗, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce 🥢
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil 🌻
3 garlic cloves 🧄, minced
1 cup broccoli florets 🥦
1 red bell pepper 🌶️, sliced
1 green bell pepper 🫑, sliced
1 carrot 🥕, julienned
For the Spicy Sauce:
3 tbsp soy sauce 🥢
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp honey 🍯 (or sugar)
1 tsp sesame oil
1–2 tbsp chili flakes 🌶️ (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp water
To Serve:
2 cups steamed white rice 🍚

Marinate sliced chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add chicken and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Toss in broccoli, peppers, and carrot, stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl, pour into the wok, and stir until the chicken and veggies are coated in the spicy glaze.
Serve hot with steamed rice, sprinkled with extra chili flakes if desired.
