Ingredients:
1 cup sushi rice 🍚
150g fresh tuna, sliced 🐟
1/2 avocado, sliced 🥑
1/2 cucumber, sliced 🥒
Microgreens 🌱
Sesame seeds ✨
Soy sauce & wasabi for serving 🥢
Instructions:
Cook and cool the sushi rice.
Arrange tuna, avocado, cucumber, and microgreens on top.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce & wasabi.
2️⃣ Shrimp & Tomato Bowl 🍤🍅
Ingredients:
1 cup cherry tomatoes 🍅
8 cooked shrimp 🍤
1 handful arugula 🌿
1/2 lemon 🍋 (juice)
Salt & black pepper 🧂
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
Instructions:
Toss tomatoes and arugula with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Top with cooked shrimp and serve fresh.
3️⃣ Mango & Cucumber Salad 🥭🥒
Ingredients:
1/2 mango, diced 🥭
1/2 cucumber, sliced 🥒
1 tbsp sesame seeds ✨
1 tsp honey 🍯
1 tbsp rice vinegar 🍶
Microgreens for garnish 🌱
Instructions:
Mix mango, cucumber, and microgreens in a bowl.
Drizzle with honey and rice vinegar.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve chilled.
