🥜 Thick and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies 🍪
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup peanut butter chips or chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
3️⃣ Mix in eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
4️⃣ In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
5️⃣ Stir in peanut butter chips (if using) for extra flavor.
