For the Tzatziki Sauce:
1 cup Greek yogurt 🥛
1/2 cucumber, grated & drained 🥒
1 garlic clove, minced 🧄
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped 🌿
1/2 tsp salt
For Serving:
2 cups cooked basmati rice 🍚
