1 lb beef stew meat or short ribs, cubed
4 cups beef broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp ginger, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
For the Noodles and Toppings:
2 packs of ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
½ cup green onions, chopped
Optional: mushrooms, bok choy, or spinach
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Broth
Heat sesame oil in a pot or slow cooker over medium heat.
Add the beef cubes and sear until browned on all sides.
Stir in ginger and garlic, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 2: Cook the Noodles
Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: Assemble the Bowl
Place the cooked noodles in a bowl.
Ladle the hot beef and broth over the noodles.
Top with soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and optional vegetables like bok choy or mushrooms.
Tips:
Add a splash of rice vinegar or chili oil for extra flavor.
Use a pressure cooker for faster preparation of tender beef.
Customize with your favorite toppings, like sesame seeds or nori strips.
