Ingredients
π For the Salmon & Shrimp:
2 salmon fillets, skin-on or skinless
Β½ lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tsp paprika
Β½ tsp garlic powder
Β½ tsp Italian seasoning
Β½ tsp salt
Β½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
π For the White Wine Garlic Butter Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Β½ cup white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay)
Β½ cup chicken or seafood broth
1 cup heavy cream
Β½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
ΒΌ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp lemon juice π
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Β½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
Instructions
1οΈβ£ Cook the Salmon & Shrimp:
Season the salmon fillets and shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the salmon, skin-side down, for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook another 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side, until pink. Remove and set aside.
2οΈβ£ Make the White Wine Garlic Butter Sauce:
Melt butter in the pan and sautΓ© garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in white wine and chicken/seafood broth, scraping up any browned bits.
Add red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, and heavy cream. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Stir in lemon juice, parsley, and cherry tomatoes.

Return the salmon and shrimp to the pan, spooning the sauce over them.
Garnish with extra parsley and Parmesan.
