No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Delight
Ingredients:
2 cups crushed OREO cookies
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
1 cup softened cream cheese
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup chocolate ganache
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into a springform pan for your crust.
Blend cream cheese and peanut butter until creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat until smooth.
Whip the heavy cream until it holds stiff peaks. Fold it gently into your peanut butter mix.
Spread this dreamy filling over your crust.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or more until firm.
Drizzle that glossy ganache over the top—let it drip down those sides!
Chill a bit more, then slice and serve.
