Zesty Lemon Butter Fish Fillet
Ingredients:
4 white fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or haddock)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon slices, for garnish
Directions:
Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden and flaky. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice and zest, and cook for another minute.
Return the fish to the skillet, spoon the sauce over the fillets, and simmer for 1-2 minutes to reheat.
Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices. Serve hot with rice, veggies, or salad.
