Irresistible No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pies
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy cream
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of muffin tin cups to form crusts
Refrigerate the crusts while preparing the filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth
Add the peanut butter and powdered sugar, mixing until creamy and well combined
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until light and fluffy
Spoon or pipe the filling into the chilled graham crusts
Chill for at least 2 hours or until set
Optional: top with shaved chocolate, mini peanut butter cups, or a drizzle of melted chocolate before serving
