🥒 1/2 cucumber, sliced
🥕 1/2 cup shredded carrots
For the Sauce:

🥄 2 tbsp soy sauce
🍯 1 tbsp hoisin or teriyaki sauce
🍋 1 tsp rice vinegar
🌶️ 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional for spice)
Optional Garnishes:

🌿 Chopped green onions

Instructions
