2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking 🛢️

🍚 For the Rice:
1 cup jasmine or basmati rice
2 cups water 💧

Start by rinsing the rice and cooking it in salted water until soft and fluffy. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok, sauté garlic, then add chicken and cook until browned. Toss in bell peppers and stir-fry until tender. Pour in the sauce and cook for another 2–3 minutes until glossy and thickened. Serve with fluffy rice and top with fresh herbs.
