Creamy Crockpot Beef Tips & Mushrooms
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
Prep the Ingredients:
1.1. Slice the mushrooms and set them aside.
1.2. Measure out the beef broth, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Prepare the Crockpot:
2.1. Place the beef stew meat in the crockpot.
2.2. Add the sliced mushrooms on top of the beef.
Mix the Sauce:
3.1. In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.
