Peanut butter cream pie
ingredients:
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
instructions:
1. in a bowl, beat peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
2. in another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
3. fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture.
4. spread into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.
