3 Easy Flavorful Fried Rice Recipes for you to try!

1. Bacon Fried Rice

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup fried diced bacon
4 cloves minced garlic
1/2 onion diced
2 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
3 cups cooked rice (I prefer 1 day old)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup green onion

In a pan, fried the diced bacon. Set aside. Remove oil or use 2 tablespoons oil. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant. Add the rice. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Add the bacon and the peas and carrots. Mix till combined and cook for another 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, sesame oil and ground black pepper. Mix well. Garnish with green onions and extra bacon. Ready to serve. Enjoy!

2. Easy Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
3 cups cooked rice (1 day old)
2 tablespoons oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup white onion minced
1/2 cup spring onions
2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sesame oil

CHICKEN MARINADE
1 breast chicken- sliced in cubes
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp oil
Pinch of ground black pepper
*mix and marinade for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator

Steps:
Add 1 tablespoon oil, fry the marinated chicken till golden brown. Set aside.
In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon oil. Saute onions till translucent. Add garlic and saute till fragrant. Add the rice. Mix and stir fry the rice. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Then, add the sauce, black pepper and sesame oil. Mix well to combine. Add the fried chicken. Mix to combine the chicken. Add spring onions and ready to serve. Enjoy!

3. So Easy Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
3 cups cooked white rice (I use day old rice)
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 3 cloves)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Ground black pepper to taste

Easy Steps:
On medium heat, add the oil in a large pan. Saute onion and garlic till fragrant. Add peas and carrots and Stir fry until tender. Lower the heat to medium low and push the mixture off to one side, then pour your eggs on the other side of the pan and stir fry until cook. Now add the rice and soy sauce and blend all together well. Stir fry until thoroughly heated. Add ground black pepper to taste. Garnish green onions. Ready to serve. Enjoy! Yum
