Sizzling Steak & Shrimp Stir-Fry with Noodles
Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
2 cups cooked noodles (rice or egg noodles)
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Add the steak slices and let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the marinated steak to the pan and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
4. Using the same wok, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and fully cooked.
5. Toss in the bell pepper and carrot, stir-frying for another 2 minutes until slightly tender.
6. Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the wok, along with the cooked noodles. Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
