Instructions:
Cook rice and keep warm. In a hot skillet or wok, sear pork with garlic and ginger until browned. Add chopped cabbage and stir-fry until slightly wilted. Toss in sliced chilies, then pour in a mix of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a touch of sugar. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce. Mix well until pork is cooked through and the cabbage is tender but crisp. Serve hot over fluffy rice.
