Chopped Shrimp Fried Rice 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Cook 1 cup white rice til fluffy. In a wok or skillet over medium heat add a tablespoon of oil when hot add 2 cups chopped uncooked shrimp, toss for 1 minute. Next add half a cup of each: peas & chopped carrots, cook down about 1 minute with shrimp. Pour white rice in pan then raise heat to medium high. Gradually stir in ½ to ¾ cup of soy sauce (I sometimes add a tablespoon of teriyaki or Mandarin sauce here too) Toss well about 1-2 minutes or until shrimp is plump & cooked through. Serve immediately!
~For more authentic flavor stir in 1 teaspoon of Chinese Five Spice.
