Peanut Butter Sheet Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting
Ingredients:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
For the Frosting:
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 2+ tablespoons milk (adjust for consistency)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, softened butter, water, and creamy peanut butter. Beat on medium speed until well blended and smooth.
3. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
4. While the cake cools, prepare the frosting by beating together confectioners' sugar, creamy peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Add milk one tablespoon at a time until the frosting reaches a spreadable consistency.
5. Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled cake. Cut into squares and serve.

Tips:
Use room temperature butter for smoother batter and frosting texture.
If frosting is too thick, add milk gradually to avoid making it too runny.
