Creamy Paprika Chicken with Herb Potatoes & Fluffy Rice 🍚🥔

🛒 Ingredients:
For the chicken:
500g chicken breast, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika powder 🌶️
1/2 tsp dried thyme
200ml heavy cream
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿
For the potatoes:
600g baby potatoes, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt, pepper, and chopped parsley
For the rice:
200g long grain rice 🍚
Salt & black pepper
👩🍳 Instructions:
Cook the rice according to package instructions and keep warm. Roast the seasoned potatoes in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 25 minutes until golden and crispy. Meanwhile, in a pan, heat oil and sauté the chicken with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper until browned. Add cream, stir well, and let simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve the creamy chicken with rice and herb potatoes, topped with parsley.
