Peanut Butter Cup French Toast Rolls
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of soft bread
- Peanut butter
- Nutella or chocolate spread
- 2 medium eggs
- 50ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
Directions:
1. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin to make it easier to roll.
2. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on each slice, followed by a layer of Nutella or chocolate spread.
3. Carefully roll up each slice tightly and set aside.
4. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and granulated sugar until well combined.
5. Dip each roll in the egg mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
6. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook each roll for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Serve warm with extra peanut butter or chocolate spread if desired.
