Flavor-Packed Tempeh Burrito Bowl with a Smoky Twist

Ingredients:
- 1 block (200 g) tempeh, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges, for serving

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, smoked paprika, chili powder, and cumin. Add crumbled tempeh and toss to coat evenly.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the tempeh and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and smoky.
3. Assemble the burrito bowls by dividing the rice among four bowls. Top with black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, and smoky tempeh.
4. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
