- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup (85 g) dark chocolate chips (vegan if needed)
- Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling

directions:
1. Line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
