1 egg
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 small onion, grated
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

3 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for richness)
1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
Β½ tsp garlic powder or 1 minced garlic clove
Salt & pepper to taste
Bowl Add-ins:
1 cup cooked white rice π
Β½ cucumber, sliced π₯
6β8 cherry tomatoes, halved π
ΒΌ red onion, thinly sliced

Make the Meatballs: In a bowl, combine ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, grated onion, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook meatballs until golden brown and cooked through (about 10β12 minutes).
Mix the Dill Sauce: Stir together sour cream, mayo, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Assemble the Bowl: Divide rice into two bowls. Top with meatballs, cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Add a generous dollop of dill sauce in the center and garnish with fresh dill.
