250 g fresh salmon (cubed)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ginger (grated)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 1 tbsp water)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
For the Bowl:
1 cup cooked jasmine rice
½ avocado (sliced)
½ cup broccoli (steamed)
½ cup shredded carrots
2 tbsp green onions (chopped)
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
In a pan, mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Simmer for 2 minutes, then add cornstarch slurry and stir until thick. Add the salmon cubes and cook for about 3–4 minutes, coating them in the teriyaki sauce. In a bowl, layer warm rice, then top with broccoli, carrots, and avocado. Add the glazed salmon, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve warm and enjoy!
