Blanquette de Veau π«π·
A creamy French veal stew with tender meat, onions, and carrots! π²π
Ingredients:
β’ Veal: 1 lb, cubed
β’ Cream: 1 cup
β’ Carrots: 2, sliced
β’ Pearl onions: 1/2 cup
β’ Mushrooms: 1/2 cup, sliced
β’ Butter: 2 tbsp
β’ White wine: 1/2 cup
Instructions:
Brown veal in butter, then add onions, carrots, and mushrooms.
Pour in white wine and simmer for 45 minutes.
Stir in cream and cook for 5 more minutes.
