🇫🇷 Chou Farci (Stuffed Cabbage)
A comforting French dish of cabbage leaves filled with a savory meat and rice stuffing.
Ingredients:
• 1 large cabbage
• 300 g ground beef or pork
• 100 g cooked rice
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 egg
• 2 cups tomato sauce
• Salt, pepper, herbs (thyme, parsley)
Instructions:
1. Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water until soft.
2. Mix meat, rice, onion, egg, and seasoning.
3. Spoon filling onto leaves and roll tightly.
4. Place in baking dish, cover with tomato sauce.
5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
