📌 Ingredients

For the Hibachi Steak & Shrimp:

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp garlic butter (or 1 tbsp butter + 1 tsp minced garlic)

1 tbsp sesame oil

Salt & pepper to taste

For the Fried Rice:

3 cups cooked jasmine or long grain rice (day-old rice is best)

2 eggs, scrambled

½ cup frozen peas & carrots

¼ cup chopped onion

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp sesame oil

For the Lo Mein:

6 oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti

½ cup cabbage (shredded or chopped)

½ onion, sliced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce (or hoisin)

1 tbsp butter

For the Sautéed Veggies:

1 zucchini, sliced

½ onion, chopped

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp butter

Pinch of black pepper

For the Yum Yum Sauce (optional but 🔑):

½ cup mayo

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp sugar

1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice

Dash of paprika or hot sauce
(Mix well & chill)

🔥 Instructions
1. Cook the Rice First:

In a skillet, melt butter and sesame oil. Add onions, carrots & peas. Sauté until soft.

Push veggies to the side, scramble eggs in the same pan, then mix together.

Add rice, soy sauce, and stir-fry until well combined and heated through.

2. Make the Lo Mein:

Cook noodles as directed, drain.

In a skillet, melt butter, then add cabbage and onion. Sauté 2–3 minutes.

Toss in cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until coated and hot.

3. Sauté the Veggies:

In a separate skillet, melt butter and sauté zucchini and onions with soy sauce until tender but still crisp.

4. Cook the Steak & Shrimp:

Heat sesame oil in a skillet. Sear steak cubes with garlic butter, soy sauce, salt & pepper. Cook to desired doneness (about 4–5 min for medium).

Remove steak, then cook shrimp in the same pan with garlic butter and a splash of soy sauce until pink and juicy.

5. Serve It Up:
Plate your fried rice, lo mein, steak, shrimp, and veggies with a side of that creamy yum yum sauce. Drizzle it over everything or dip to your heart’s content. 🔥🔥
💡 Pro Tips:

Want that restaurant-style char? Use a cast iron or griddle.

Add a squeeze of lemon to the shrimp right before serving for extra flavor.

Feeling fancy? Hit the steak with a splash of sake or rice vinegar while searing.
