- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion and garlic, and continue cooking until the onion is soft.
3. Stir in the rice, cream of mushroom soup, French onion soup, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
