2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Bowls:

2 cups cooked couscous
1 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped Kalamata olives
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
For the Cilantro Yogurt Sauce:

1 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
