Shrimp, peeled and deveined 🦐
White rice, cooked and fluffy 🍚
Carrots, diced and cooked 🥕
Broccoli florets (and optional cauliflower), steamed or sautéed 🥦
Seasoning & Marinade:
Olive oil 🫒
Garlic, minced 🧄
Lemon juice 🍋
Salt & pepper 🧂
Paprika or chili flakes (optional) 🌶️
Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿
🔥 Instructions:
Marinate shrimp in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika. Grill or pan-sear until lightly charred. Cook rice until fluffy and season lightly.
