Cake Mix Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
- 13.25 ounce box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 large eggs
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, creamy peanut butter, oil, and eggs. Mix well until a smooth dough forms.
3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls.
4. Place the dough balls on an ungreased baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
5. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
