Ingredients:

1/4 cup soy sauce 🧂
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tbsp honey 🍯
1 garlic clove, minced 🧄
1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish) 🌾
2 cups broccoli florets 🥦
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
1 cucumber, sliced 🥒
2 ears of corn, cut into sections 🌽
1 cup shredded purple cabbage 🟪
2 cups mixed lettuce 🥬
Cooked rice or quinoa 🍚 (as a base, optional)
