Butterfinger Caramel Crunch Mini Pies 🍪🍮
Prepare to take your dessert game to new heights with these delightful mini pies packed with sweet and crunchy flavors! They're the perfect bite-sized treat for any occasion!
Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed butter flavor cookies
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup caramel sauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup crushed toffee bits
Mini pie crusts (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If you're using store-bought mini pie crusts, arrange them on a baking sheet and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the crushed butter flavor cookies with melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture into the bottom of each mini pie crust to form a base.
In a separate saucepan over medium heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the chocolate and peanut butter mixture evenly into each mini pie crust, filling them about 3/4 full.
Drizzle the caramel sauce on top of the chocolate mixture in each pie. Use a toothpick to swirl the caramel gently for an aesthetic touch.
Sprinkle the crushed toffee bits over the pies, ensuring they are well-distributed.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the filling is set.
Allow the mini pies to cool completely before serving. You can refrigerate them for an hour for an even firmer texture.
