🔥 Instructions

1. Pat the chicken dry and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside (it will finish cooking in the sauce).
3. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

5. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until it wilts down, about 1-2 minutes.

9. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and simmer for another 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
